太平人壽免費(fèi)向全球用戶提供健康咨詢服務(wù)，馳援抗疫

近日，太平人壽攜手?jǐn)?shù)字健康平臺(tái)“微醫(yī)”，上線面向全球用戶的線上公益健康咨詢服務(wù)，全天候24小時(shí)提供免費(fèi)醫(yī)療咨詢服務(wù)，為海外同胞和國(guó)際友人的身心健康提供專(zhuān)業(yè)支持，以實(shí)際行動(dòng)馳援全球抗疫。

新冠肺炎疫情全球蔓延，國(guó)際社會(huì)面臨共同挑戰(zhàn)。太平人壽迅速行動(dòng)，通過(guò)與數(shù)字健康平臺(tái)“微醫(yī)”合作，在“太平保寶”微信公眾號(hào)的“家太平”線上樂(lè)活社區(qū)，開(kāi)放了“全球線上公益健康咨詢服務(wù)平臺(tái)”，面向全球所有用戶，提供不限國(guó)家、不限次數(shù)、完全免費(fèi)的醫(yī)療健康咨詢服務(wù)，幫助身處疫情嚴(yán)重地區(qū)的同胞和國(guó)際友人科學(xué)防疫、共克時(shí)艱。

“全球線上公益健康咨詢服務(wù)平臺(tái)”已集合了我國(guó)8000多名專(zhuān)家參與在線咨詢服務(wù)，涵蓋諸多三甲醫(yī)院呼吸內(nèi)科、感染科、全科等科室的主治及以上醫(yī)師，他們中的大多數(shù)更是此次中國(guó)抗擊疫情“空中救援隊(duì)”里經(jīng)驗(yàn)豐富的“老兵”。用戶只需在線提交自身想要咨詢的健康問(wèn)題，或者對(duì)疾病癥狀的描述，平臺(tái)就會(huì)推送和分配對(duì)應(yīng)科室醫(yī)生，為用戶提供一對(duì)一專(zhuān)屬醫(yī)療咨詢服務(wù)。為方便國(guó)際友人的使用，平臺(tái)已支持英語(yǔ)、漢語(yǔ)、意大利語(yǔ)、韓語(yǔ)、日語(yǔ)等二十多種語(yǔ)言的在線智能實(shí)時(shí)翻譯，并將進(jìn)一步支持更多語(yǔ)言。

除了醫(yī)療健康咨詢，平臺(tái)同步上線的還有《新型冠狀病毒感染的肺炎防治知識(shí)手冊(cè)》中英雙語(yǔ)版電子圖書(shū)，以及心理援助、知名中醫(yī)咨詢、海外疫情數(shù)據(jù)、抗疫科普專(zhuān)欄等多個(gè)欄目，為全球用戶提供“醫(yī)學(xué)無(wú)國(guó)界”的專(zhuān)業(yè)服務(wù)。

Taiping Life provides free health consultations for global users

and helps fight the COVID-19 pandemic

Recently, Taiping Life and WeDoctor, a digital health platform, launched an online public service to provide health consultations for global users, free of charge and 24 hours available. Working together, we took practical actions to fight the COVID-19 pandemic by helping overseas compatriots and international friends with professional supports for physical and mental health.

The world community is facing a tough challenge as the COVID-19 pandemic spreads. Taiping Life has taken actions promptly. Collaborating with the digital health platform WeDoctor, Taiping Life has launched a "Global Free Health Consultation Center Online" in the "Taiping Family LOHAS Community Online" of the "Taiping BaoBao" (Official account on WeChat). We aim at providing medical and health consulting services with global access to help our compatriots and international friends in the hot zones, free of charge with no time limits. Together, we shall tackle the difficulties with scientific methods.

More than 8,000 experts, ranging from attendings to senior professors of 3A-level hospitals, have joined our "Global Free Health Consultation Center Online" platform to provide consultations, covering respiratory, infection, general practice, and other areas. Most of them are seasoned veterans from the medical virtual rescue team in the battle of fighting the COVID-19 pandemic in China. Once a user submits the health issues or describes the symptoms online, the platform will assign and notify an appropriate doctor to provide the user with one-to-one exclusive medical consulting services. For the convenience of international friends, the platform has supported online intelligent real-time translation in more than 20 languages, including English, Chinese, Italian, Korean, and Japanese. More languages will be available in the future.

Apart from health consultations, the platform has also launched many other useful resources, such as the e-book "Handbook of Knowledge on Prevention and Treatment of Pneumonia Infected by COVID-19" (both Chinese and English versions), psychological assistance column, famous TCM doctor consultation, overseas epidemic data, Combating COVID-19 column, etc., with the goal of offering "medicine without borders" professional services to users worldwide.
